Mutual Growth through Co-creation with Partners

Sustainability

For a company to achieve sustainable growth, collaboration with diverse stakeholders is essential. SMAS aims to deepen its relationships with partners, pursue new challenges together, and create shared value that supports sustainable growth.

Direction of Our Initiatives

Strengthening Relationships with Partners

To continue responding flexibly to changes in society, we will build new networks while further developing and deepening our relationships with existing partners, working together with them to achieve growth.

Implementing Fair and Equitable Business Practices

To maintain fair and equitable business transactions, we will continue to comply with relevant laws and regulations and promote corporate activities based on social norms and standards of conduct.

Partnership-Building Declaration

In March 2023, SMAS issued its Declaration of Partnership Building, aiming for mutual prosperity across the entire supply chain and co-creation of value with our partners.
The Declaration seeks to enhance added value not only with direct business partners but across the entire supply chain through collaboration that transcends existing business relationships and corporate scale. In addition to proactively taking measures to correct business practices and commercial customs that may hinder partnership-building with business partners, we also support our partners in formulating business continuity plans from the perspective of ensuring business continuity during disasters and other emergencies.
Recognizing that mutual growth through co-creation with partners as a material issue, SMAS is committed to promoting sustainable management. Through our activities both within and outside the Company, we will work together with partners, customers, and all of our stakeholders to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
