As a company that handles vehicles, SMAS is committed to working with our clients to achieve a carbon-neutral society and is actively working to introduce EVs. We are now in full-scale operation, collaborating and cooperating with partner companies that are highly specialized in their respective fields to provide one-stop service solution to support EV transition planning, EV model selection according to intended use, charging environments, charging service arrangements, after-sales services, and peripheral services (renewable energy facilities, energy management, etc.).
Law & Regulations
Businesses are required to comply with various laws & regulations when carrying out their business.
These range from the Road Traffic Law, which mandates the appointment of a safety driver manager to prevent and reduce accidents, to environmental laws and regulations such as the NOx and PM law for the prevention of air pollution. Moreover, the laws and systems surrounding mobility are subject to rapid changes, such as the "sobriety check with alcohol checker" has become obligatory starting from December 1, 2023. SMAS provides support for a wide range of such laws and regulations.
