We live in a society in which the economic structure is undergoing major changes because of digitization and at the same time there are many changes to the surrounding environment, including depopulation caused by a low birth rate and aging society, a decrease in the population, and greater variety in the sources of energy. Under these conditions, the needs for mobility are also changing from ownership to utilization and into a safer and more convenient service.

As experts that are at the cutting edge of mobility services, we use our human instincts in our contact with customers and when considering on-site actions. We carefully consider the needs of our customers and we have a wealth of experience in not only mobility, but also in our relations with people, businesses, and in connecting everything to society as a whole.

We discover the potential needs of our customers from that experience and from the huge volume of data available to us. We have started our work by trying to create mobility with value for the times, such as by providing mobility that even people with difficulty moving can use comfortably and mobility to solve social problems.

By demonstrating the possibilities of mobility services and creating services that no one could have imagined while rapidly heading into the future, we will maximize value for our customers and help solve social problems.

Today, the world is seeing the development of technology and at the same time a paradigm shift. As a result, the value of automobiles is starting to change. When it was natural for us to own cars, value was placed on the types of cars we drove. These past few years have seen the rapid development of IoT and AI technologies and together with those, we have also seen the spread of a culture of sharing things. In other words, the value of vehicles has undergone a major change from ownership to how we use them.

Given this trend, we can predict that customer conditions and requirements will also undergo major changes. As we watch how our customers change for the future, we are strongly aware that we must also change so that we can provide new products and services as quickly as possible. This is why we aim to evolve from auto services to "mobility services."

Up until now, in order to provide "new values" to our customers, we have not limited ourselves to only vehicle leasing but have also aimed to solve all problems concerning vehicle management. To that end, we have made proposals for a wide variety of needs and to cope with domestic and foreign changing conditions. This has led to support for us from many stakeholders and helped us to grow steadily.

Our growth has been founded on our management principle which is in our mission statement; "We put our upmost focus on customer voice and rapidly on providing new values and innovative services." This principle is part of our DNA that will not change even as we transform from providing auto services to "mobility services."

We will work with our shareholders and stakeholders to continue to put a priority on security and safety when our customers use cars but we will also take up the challenge of providing both greater satisfaction and excitement.

    In an aim to promote connectivity of the Group's fleet of one million cars, we will continue to propose next-generation products and services, ranging from mobility optimization, using driving data to udge and analyze accident risks, reducing accidents through high-level risk management, and car-sharing between companies and employees.

    We will continue to propose new and unprecedented value through collaboration with cutting-edge echnology and start-up companies that take us beyond conventional capacity.

    We will continue to reinvigorate our core auto lease business by expanding our network of shareholding artners to include general trading companies and major banks, and conducting on-site marketing based on partnerships with local financial institutions and local blue-chip companies.
