Fuel Management Service "SS Card" and "Fueru Card"

Cost management for refueling by using two cards for the various fuel prices in different regions helps to reduce costs.

This service is provided by SMA Support Co., Ltd., which is one of our group companies.

Customers' problems and concerns

Invoices are received from each gasoline station that is used that makes payment work difficult and prevents us from spending time on cost management, cost reduction, and other needed initiatives.

Service Details

Allows for the issuing of fueling cards, more efficient management work, and central management of fueling information (fueling quantities, fueling costs, etc.).
In addition, various information services can be provided depending on the needs of a customer.

Advantages

  • Simplifies the invoicing process (internal costs). (All invoices are sent to the SS Card and Fueru Card.)
  • If requested, additional spare cards can be issued and provided.
  • Information (vehicle management, cost management, etc.) can be provided through the e-ADVICE web information service.

Description of the Cards

SS Card

This is a fueling card that is issued through our tie-up with SMBC Finance Service.
This card can be used at the "motouri" service stations throughout Japan and the prices are based on the actual storefront prices.
Various detailed data relating to fueling is provided.
This card can also be used to pay at the Mitsui Repark pay-by-the-hour parking lots.

Features

Can be used at all the "motouri" service stations throughout Japan. (It cannot be used at JA and trading company affiliated service stations.)


  • * All payments will go through our company and we will provide detailed information regarding usage so that it will be possible to use the most inexpensive service stations in a given area.
    The disadvantage caused by paying the same price throughout Japan in conventional systems is solved.

Can be used to pay at Mitsui Repark pay-by-the-hour parking lots. Details on usage is also be provided.

Fueru Card

This is a fueling card that is issued through our tie-up with Idemitsu Kosan.
Pricing is set according to surveys conducted by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy so that fuel is available for the same price throughout Japan.
Various detailed data relating to fueling is provided.

Features

Fuel can be purchased for the same price throughout Japan.
The price of fuel changes every month according to market conditions so that troublesome price negotiations are not necessary.
This card can also be used for car washes.


  • * The prices are calculated according to the general retail price (national average price) that is announced for the previous month by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy.
    If market conditions are causing prices to increase or if the area in which vehicles are refueled has prices that are higher than the national average, then this card can lead to major cost advantages.

Service for Advanced Payments for Items Not Covered in the Contract

We will make payments on behalf of our customers for items not covered by the maintenance agreement, such as inspection and repair fees and damage repair fees after accidents. As a result, customers will only have to make payments to one party, thereby reducing clerical work and simplifying cost management.

Web Vehicle Image Service

This service takes photographs of the exteriors of vehicles when they are at the maintenance workshop for inspections and customers can view those photographs on the dedicated site on the Internet.

Support for Creating NOx and PM Law Automobile Usage Management Plans

We will provide the data necessary for our customers to create the "Automobile Usage Management Plans" to be submitted to prefectural governments.
